DNA Analysis

Analysis of 2 color phenotype-based DNA gating assay using LYSYS software. Complex ungated DNA histograms can be separated into constituent histograms based upon the presence or absence of an additional immunologic parameter.

Representative single color cytometric DNA histogram. Major fluorescence intensity peaks correspond to cell cycle phases.

As above, but with chick red blood cells added as a reference.
